Ryan Neel attended the University of Texas in Austin earning a bachelor’s degree in history and government.
He began his political career in the Texas Senate, where he served as the Sergeant of Arms during the 83rd Legislative Session. Ryan’s dedication and expertise allowed him to transition into pivotal roles in various states across the country while working for a prominent political nonprofit.
His experience continued to grow as he held several high-level campaign positions, including working on campaigns for U.S. Senator Josh Hawley, Congressman Kenny Marchant, and Congressman Pat Fallon.
With over a decade of comprehensive experience in campaign management and political consulting, Ryan’s skillset expanded to include lobbying in Texas. During the 86th Texas legislative session, he analyzed legislation and developed effective legislative strategies as a registered lobbyist.
Before venturing into his own firm, Ryan served as the Chief Strategist of a nationwide political consulting firm. His expertise was sought after by notable campaigns, including those of the current Montana Secretary of State, Christi Jacobsen, Jim Marchant for Nevada’s 4th Congressional District, and Chris Ekstrom for Congress.
Having consulted on over 30 campaigns, ranging from local races to U.S. Senate campaigns, Ryan brings his expertise and professionalism to every campaign he undertakes.
In 2007, Anthony began his journey in politics and shortly after he was elected as City Councilman in Haltom City, where he achieved the distinction of being the youngest councilman in the city’s history at the age of 21.
Throughout the years, Anthony has been dedicated to conservative causes, actively participating in managing and running campaigns for esteemed candidates, including Texas Congressman Ron Paul during the 2012 Presidential campaign. Notably, he contributed to the campaign of Representative Jonathan Stickland of House District 92, serving as Legislative Director during the 83rd Legislative Session in 2013, Anthony solidified his expertise in policy-making and political strategy.
Anthony continued his impactful involvement by supporting Representative Stickland’s subsequent campaigns in 2014, 2016, and 2018. In 2020, he skillfully managed the campaign for Representative Jeff Cason, who succeeded Representative Stickland following his retirement. Additionally, Anthony served as Chief of Staff during the 87th Legislature in 2021, effectively leveraging his experience to drive successful outcomes.
Anthony is an avid reader and diligent student of free-market economics, American history, and political philosophy.
Jesse Michael, a Tennessee native, has worked in politics over the past decade. Starting as a campaign assistant, Jesse’s enjoyment of politics began during his military service as a former military police officer, having completed a deployment in 2011 with the Tennessee National Guard.
In 2016, he began to continue his studies in Social Media Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University.
In 2018, Jesse assumed a role in Illinois, running operations for Congressman Rodney Davis as part for the Congressional Leadership Fund. Later that year, he went Las Vegas, where he contributed to field work and strategy during Adam Laxalt’s gubernatorial campaign as part of a national firm.
After the election, he moved to another firm to grow his expertise in digital strategy, social media, fundraising, and website creation became invaluable as he worked on numerous campaigns, ranging from local elections to U.S. Senate campaigns across the country. His skills in copywriting and email fundraising were acknowledged with awards for work he did for the Republican Party of Texas.
Currently, Jesse serves as the director of Neel & Partner’s digital department, managing the digital operations of the firm. Splitting his time between Texas and Tennessee, he continues to make contributions to the political landscape through his experience.
